Both nipples are positioned too low and point downwards. If both breasts are reduced, they can be shaped and reduced without implants, using only the patient’s own breast tissue.
This includes a significant reduction of excess skin and/or fat and the associated lifting of the nipples and areola. At the patient’s request, the diameter of both areolas can also be reduced. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and under inpatient conditions (3-4 nights).

The position of both nipples was changed in an aesthetically pleasing way. The previously too large diameter of both areolas was also reduced.
The incision was made around the areolas (no longer visible after 3-6 months) and purely vertically towards the underbust crease. When wearing a bra and/or bikini top, no scars are visible.
Sensory disturbances in the nipples and their areolas are rare; patients usually even have better sensitivity after this procedure!

The incision was made around the areolas (no longer visible after 3-6 months) and then in a T-shape (vertical to the underbust crease and then extending laterally on both sides of the underbust crease). This incision is chosen if a particularly large breast is to be reduced and additionally tightened.
