Breast lift
Patient with sagging breasts
Both nipples point downwards and are too low positioned. With a pure breast lift, the breasts can be shaped and lifted without implants, using only the patient’s own breast tissue This also includes lifting the nipples and areola.
At the patient’s request, the diameter of both areolas can also be reduced. The procedure is performed under general anesthesia and under inpatient conditions (1-2 nights).
Result after lift of both breasts
The position of both nipples was changed in an aesthetically pleasing way. The previously too-large incision was made around the areolas (no longer visible after 3-6 months) and purely vertically towards the underbust crease.
When wearing a bra and/or bikini top no scars are visible. Sensory disturbances in the nipples and their areolas are rare; patients usually even have better sensitivity after this procedure!
Result after lift of both breasts

The incision was made around the areolas (no longer visible after 3-6 months) and then T-shaped (vertical to the underbust crease and then extending laterally on both sides in the underbust crease).
This incision is chosen if a certain reduction of the breast is also necessary with a lift. No scars are visible when wearing a bra and/or bikini top. Sensory disturbances in the nipples and their areolas are rare; patients usually even have better sensitivity after this procedure!
