Das Gewebe zum Formen der neuen Brust wird von der <\/p>\nBauchregion unterhalb des Nabels gew\u00e4hlt. Bei der mikrochirurgischen Entnahme des Bauchgewebes wird der darunter liegender gerade Bauchmuskel nicht in seiner Funktion gest\u00f6rt. \n

Der Gewebeblock, welcher vom Bauch mit einem Venen und Arterienstiel entnommen wurde, wird nun zur Formung der rechten Brust ebendort eingesetzt und seine versorgenden Venen und Arterien an Gef\u00e4\u00dfe des Brustkorbes unter dem Mikroskop angeschlossen. Die gerade Bauchmuskulatur bleibt soweit unversehrt.<\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text css=””]Nach dem mikrochirurgischen Anschluss der Gef\u00e4sse ist das Gewebe wieder gut durchblutet und kann problemlos als neue Brust einheilen. Die Gewebe-Entnahmestelle wird im Sinne einer Bauchdeckenstraffungs-Operation mit Versetzung des Nabels verschlossen.

[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text css=””]Nach Einheilen der rechten Brust, kann dann zeitlich getrennt die Wiederherstellung der Brustwarze, die Angleichung der linken Brust (falls notwendig) und die T\u00e4towierung des rechten Brustwarzenhofes erfolgen.<\/p>\n

Sowohl Brustwarzen- als auch Burstwarzenhof-Wiederherstellung mittels T\u00e4towierung kann ambulant unter
Lokalan\u00e4sthesie erfolgen. F\u00fcr eine m\u00f6gliche Angleichung der linken Brust wird wiederum die Vollnarkose ben\u00f6tigt.
